Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you buy or enquire about Viola UI, why, and what you can do about it.
In short: purchases go through Creem, who handle payment and billing. What reaches us is your email address and a record of what you bought — used to deliver the kit, answer your questions, and send free updates. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Who is responsible
Kseniya Savitsyna, a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine. Contact: support@violaui.com.
We are the data controller for the data described below. For payment and billing data, Creem is the controller — see "Payments" below.
What data is collected, and why
Email address — collected at checkout, to deliver the product, send your receipt and licence, and send free updates.
Purchase record (product, date, order ID) — from Creem, to verify purchases and honour the update promise.
Country (for tax) — from Creem, for their own tax obligations as merchant of record.
Support correspondence — when you write in, to answer your question.
What is not collected: no card or bank details ever reach us — Creem handles payment end to end. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of how you use the Figma file after download.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem is the legal seller and is responsible for taking payment, charging the correct VAT or sales tax, and storing billing data.
Creem is a separate data controller for that data. Their privacy policy governs it — creem.io/privacy.
Email updates
If you buy Viola UI, we will email you when a free update is released — this is part of what you paid for, not marketing, and it is infrequent.
You can opt out by replying and asking. Doing so does not affect your licence — you simply stop receiving update notices.
We do not run a newsletter, and your email is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees your data
- Creem — payment processing and tax, as described above
- Our email provider — to send and receive messages
- Figma — only if you open the product link; your interaction with Figma is under Figma's own privacy policy
No one else. Data is not sold, and is not shared for advertising.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Complain to your national data protection authority
