Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

In short: you get the kit and a licence to use it in unlimited projects, including commercial and client work. You may not resell the kit itself. All sales are final. Nothing in the kit is financial advice.

1. Who you are contracting with

Viola UI is created and maintained by Kseniya Savitsyna, a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine. Contact: support@violaui.com.

Purchases are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase contract for the transaction itself is with Creem: they take payment, charge the applicable VAT or sales tax, and issue your receipt. Creem's terms apply to the transaction — creem.io/terms.

The licence to use the product, described below, is granted by us.

2. What you are buying

A digital product delivered immediately after purchase:

  • A Figma file containing the Viola UI design system
  • A link to the live Figma file, which you duplicate to get your own editable copy
  • Documentation: README, licence, mock-data pack, microcopy guide, and configuration files for AI coding agents

No physical goods, and no ongoing service. Once delivered, it is yours under the licence below.

3. Your licence

One licence covers one person. A Team licence covers everyone at a single company, including contractors working on that company's projects.

You may: use Viola UI in unlimited personal and commercial projects; use it in client work and in products you sell; modify, extend and rebrand it however you like; ship products built with it, with no attribution required.

You may not: resell or redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in part, as a template, UI kit, design asset or component library; include it in a product whose primary value is the design assets themselves; share your copy, download or Figma link with anyone outside your licence.

The short version: build whatever you want with it, but don't sell the kit itself. The licence is perpetual for the version you bought and cannot be revoked, except for material breach of the restrictions above.

4. Price and tax

Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Creem calculates and charges any VAT or sales tax due in your country, shown before you pay.

Prices may change for future buyers. Your purchase is unaffected.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Because the kit is delivered immediately as a digital download, there is no cooling-off period once you have received access.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins and you have acknowledged this at checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm you understand and agree to this.

If something is genuinely wrong with what you received — the file does not open, does not match the description, or a payment error occurred — contact support@violaui.com and we will make it right.

On refund, your licence ends and you should delete your copies.

6. Updates

Version 1.1 is free to every buyer of version 1.0, sent to the email address used at purchase.

Beyond that, no particular update schedule is promised. Planned future work may change, be delayed, or not happen. Buy for what the product is today, not what it may become.

The Figma link you receive points to the live file and may be updated. If the link is rotated, buyers are emailed a new one.

7. Intellectual property

The kit, its components, documentation and mock data remain our intellectual property. Your licence grants use, not ownership.

Geist is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and is not ours — see vercel.com/font.

Anything you design with the kit is yours.

8. What is fictional

Every company, person, instrument, account and figure in the kit is invented. "Viola" as depicted in the screens is a fictional broker; the customer, account numbers and the demo brand "Northwind" are fictional.

Nothing in the kit is investment, tax or financial advice, and screens built from it must not be presented to end users as though it were. If you ship a real financial product, the regulatory, disclosure and compliance copy is your responsibility.

9. No warranty

The kit is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is free of defects, that it fits your particular purpose, or that it is compatible with any future version of Figma or any other tool.

You are responsible for checking that it meets your needs — the free version exists so you can evaluate the quality before buying.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or losses arising from anything you build with the kit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Support

Support is provided by email at support@violaui.com, on a best-effort basis, for bugs and questions about the kit itself.

It does not extend to designing your product, teaching Figma, or debugging code you have written.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.

For the payment transaction itself, Creem's terms and their choice of law apply.

13. Changes

These terms may change for future purchases. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
