Do I need to buy the kit first?
Yes, you need a licence to join, bought or gifted. If you make videos or tutorials, email support@violaui.com and I'll send you one.
How long does a referral last?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within that window, the sale counts as yours.
Does my audience pay more?
No. They pay the same price as everyone else: $49 for Individual, $179 for Team.
How do payouts work?
Creem tracks referred sales and handles payouts for the program, so you don't invoice anyone.
Can I use my own link?
No. Commission is only paid on sales to other people. Purchases through your own link don't count.
